We are facing one problem with filler PLC. Machine is showing ?Malfunction Communication fault?. PLC input 24V supply checked, found ok but we are not getting any output from PLC. All LED?s for BF1, BF2, SF, DC5V, FRCE, RUN, STOP are in ?OFF? position. (Not showing any indication) It seems to be in PLC hardware having some problem. PLC Details ? 0500 ERROR CODE

I am also facing this trouble, with Di3510. some time machine work for many copies fine. then suddenly the 0500 error code appear. I checked complete fuser unit... Both lamps are ok, Thermo switch is ok, i checked both thermistors and in my view they are ok (checked with multimeter while warming them). I first reset the code as mentioned in the service manual of this machine. the code can remove but it comes back after some time. I checked the Electricity voltage as this machine is 120v input. Voltage are ok. Then i ask my Electronic board expert to check the Power supply and he told me that the power supply is ok... just some dry sold he found. So until now i am not able to detect the trouble even though i arranged another fuser unit of the same machine and it also gave the same error code c0500. As i am a Technision of copiers. Please give any good suggestion if any one have. Thanks

Rs link software for communication.
And finally Rs logix pro sw for controlling ios...

How to copy program from dvp28sv11t to pc

You will need RS-232 to USB cable, Delta PLC programming software WPL Soft and computer. And for hmi communication you will need communication cable. You can communicate hmi with plc over RS-232 protocol.

Just give a 24V supply to the PLC by a power supply then check the input lights & output lights .....
if they are glowing then your PLC is okay
if output lights are not glowing then ur program is not working.....
dnt panic ur drive can be repaired cheaply....
