depending where the leak is,in the rear it could be the wash tub seal in which you need new seals and while its out replace the bearings,if its in the front,then either your door boot seal is torn or the drain "weep" hole is plugged by soap scum and mildew
Take the panel off of the front of your washer below the door and in the middle there is a round removable plastic door like piece. Take it out and clean out all of the junk in behind it. You might find loose change, nails and a variety of other thnigs that have become stuck in there besides mold. This will help with the smell and also the water that sometimes remains in your washer after the cycle is over. You need to do this once/twice year.
