Block Calls & Messages:

1. Open the apps drawer and launch "Contacts"
2. Tap the name of the contact you want to block calls and messages from
3. Tap "Edit" > "Menu" and enable "All calls to voicemail"

Unblock Calls & Messages:

1. Launch "Contacts"
2. Tap the contact you want to unblock
3. Tap "Edit" > "Menu"
4. Disable "All calls to voicemail"

Forward Calls (Unconditional):

1. Tap "Phone" on the home screen
2. Tap "Menu" > "Settings"
3. Tap "Call settings" > "Call forwarding"
4. Choose to "Always forward" and if necessary, enter the phone number to forward calls to
5. Tap "Enable"

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Open the "Phone" app
2. Tap "Menu" > "Settings"
3. Go to "Call settings" and tap "Call forwarding"
4. Select to forward calls "When busy", "When unanswered" or "When unreachable"
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap "Update" or "Enable"

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Open "Phone" and tap "Menu"
2. Tap "Settings" > "Call settings" > "Call forwarding"
3. Select "Always forward", "When busy", "When unanswered" or "When unreachable"
4. Tap "Disable"

File a police report. The police can get a warrant if necessary to get the person's info from the carrier. There really isn't any other way.

contact your service provider, sometimes they mess up your data plan and it will prevent you from getting multimedia.

just go to the settings option and then security seetings u will find a option of reset settings or factory reset, u just select that and enter the default code 0000 or any other if have changed. otherwise go to a nearby LG service centre they will do it

This is normal. T-Mobile does this. Unless the person is in your contact list it only says the number. There is no solution, because that is not a problem. They did this on purpose, I do not know why. But this is how it is.

Double check your phone number by calling another mobile and confirming what number comes up on their phone (my sister recently discovered she'd been giving friends the wrong and wondering why they couldn't call her...)!
Then try calling back using the "received calls" list from their phone. If it doesn't work, you'll need to contact your service provider as their is an incorrect setting in their network.
