You can't tune the radio. You must tune the antenna. I have a generic thread which explains everything you need to know about tuning your antenna.
See here. Hope this helps you.

I have a cobra radio 19 ultra and other 19 dx2 already I made them to transmit and to receive but I do not have audio neither in one nor in other. I changed the integrated of audio but say me that if they...

you should have check to see if one transmitted and the other received before you did all this then there would be no problem of this nature . Its probably not the IC but a resister or a diode.

I need more transmission range for free

A lot of people will say that you need to peak and tune the radio to get more range. And it will, but what it really comes down to is your antenna system.

Even with the best peak and tune, if you don't have a good antenna system, it won't do you any good.

You need to make sure the antenna is a good match. If you don't know what that means, then you should refer to your manual on SWR. The antenna has to be tuned so that transmit power does not get reflected back into the radio. If that is happening, all of the RF power is not leaving the antenna, and you are not getting out as good as you can.

Once you have a good antenna system, then you can worry about peak and tuning. But for a peak and tune, I charge.

I can not get out on my cb i can hear them but they can not hear me its a cobra

turn the mic gain all the way up. Make sure the antenna has been tuned for best SWR.

Take your radio to a CB shop and have them peak and tune it.

No transmit & little audio

What are the SWR's at? Have the every been checked? Chances are if you have never checked them, and don't know what an SWR is, then your transmit is blown out of the radio.

Yo need to tune the antenna length on every antenna for a cb radio. If it is not the correct length then you get what is called reflect. that is signal that doesn't radiate off the antenna and is reflected back to the radio and blows the transmit out.

Cobra 19 DX IV CB Radio Gets no signal at all

my only idea is the frequency that Canadians transmit/recieve on is different than us down south (in the USA). I know Europe and the UK use a different frequency range so my guess is that Canada uses a different radio frequency range than the U.S. making you unable to communicate with fellow radio users. You may be able to search the frequency range for Canada vs. the U.S. and see if there's a difference. Hope this helps...and again, it's just a thought.
