Four digit codes are:

You should try codes for Funai, Symphonic, & Sylvania. Some Tecknikas are same as some of those. At least in my Comcast cable box remote code listings.
Not sure where they got that code from its not one listed in the master URC list. Try these i have sent you one is sure to work as they are definitely Sylvania

If you have a cable box attached to the tv, check the "aspect ratio" on the cable box. there should be a button on the remote for the cable box. this may solve your issue.
