B-sx4t keep paper jam, i was replace the media sensor ,sensor cable and mainboard but still paper jam.Any one experience this?

Paper jam:
- The label is not correctly declared.
- Callibarate the sensors (5 sensor adjust) diagnostics menu
- the silicoe support is too thick.

Install a peel of option and put the settings to peel off in your driver that should do the trick

Hi, i have a tec sx4t which has suddenly started to jam it will drive about two labels and stop i have cleaned the sensors and roller from dust etc. Regards Roy C

DO a sensor callibration in the sensor adj menu

I am trying to run a transfer label with ribbon and can't get the ribbon to rewind.

Check in your print options if you are not in direct thermal.
You should be in tthermal transfer

Why does my b-sx4 not print cleanly or in correct area on label?

- Do you have the right Transfer film?
- Check the temp?rature settings
- Check if the print head is not misaligned

is the paper correctly guided?
Adjust the paper guide and it should work fine

Check the size of the label and the detection type selected

Error code D042010000390

syntax error
The data should be {D0420,01000,0390'} for a lbel having a with of 100 mm and a height of 39mm with a gap between the label of 3 mm

Ts an sx4t version 5.1 and it comes up with a error message - d042010000390.

this is a syntax error
Normally you should send
{D0420,1000,0390'} for paper size

1. Press the [PAUSE] button. The display shows the printer is in PAUSE mode.
2. Press the [PAUSE] button again. If the display shows TRANSMISSIVE then release the [PAUSE] key.
3. Press the [PAUSE] button again. Labels will now start to feed through the printhead. After 5 or 6 labels have gone through, release the [PAUSE] key.
4. Press the [RESTART] button.

The printer should now be on line and if you press the [FEED} key, 1 label should be fed through.
