best will be to set the message centre number over again from the message settings............look for the sim pack manual for the message centre number.
To make it easy you can insert the sim in a nomal phone (not a smart phone)
go to the message settings and make the changes from there.
re-insert the sim back in your smartphone and try sending messages again.
Another option
enter *#*#4636#*#*
should display a "Testing Menu"
Choose phone information and scroll till you find "SMSC" section
click on "refresh" and if it gives an error then you will have to enter the message centre number in an international format and click on "update"
Note that sometimes the message number can be in a code form and that will need to be converted before entering that code read more here
SMSC Updates CyanogenMod )
Please do let me know the outcome.
I have an iphone that errors every time I try to send a text. I can receive texts just fine and all other functions on the phone work but not sending texts. I haven't even had the phone 24 hours and I've been getting bounced around from Apple to AT&T but no one can seem to help me. I've spent more time on the phone trying to get some help, than I have actually using the phone. I am beyond frustrated. AT&T tells me it's a bad phone and to go to Apple. Apple tells me it's a service issue and to go to AT&T. Hows THAT for customer service?
