Only vertical line that seen on the screen of my yp-k3, and when i turn it on for about 10 minutes, it gets really hot, like the back of a laptop, what happen? can i fix it ? or it's just broken, nothing i can do about it?

i get this problem all the time, put it back into locked position, then you ahve to really forcefully hold the button down, and unlock it, usually takes 3-5 go's but it does work, mine does it like 2-4 times a day

on the back you'll see a reset botton get a thin needle and press it.

when bang it on the table one time then turn it back on in like 5 minutes then it should work cuz it happened to me....

-unzip these files to your deskpot
-choose the blue unziped file in your deskpot, copy it with a right click, now conect the mp3 player, go to my computer; look for the k3 device (double click) and paste in it the file doing right clik. once copied you can disconect the device and re-start it. the screen color will change to blue.

Your computer may not support flash devices. try getting drivers for the MP3 off the internet. You computers may also have some settings improperly configured.

O NOW LISTEN 2 ME CAREFULLY I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM the nokia charger which is there u can use that by getting a connector the connecter is a small type of wire and it is really helpful u can try in any electronic store near ur house i can try sending it 2 u if ur in india it comes hear for Rs20 now it even charges faster

Reset, upgrade firmware:

Do you have media player 10 or 11 installed?

Media Player 11 causes serious problems. You will need to remove media player 11 and re-install 10 or rollback 11 to 10.

Make sure you have removed ALL traces of media player 11.

I can unlock and lock my SamsungYP K-3 without any problem. So, heres how: you look on the right side and push down the side button!
