Problem with sound with in coming out going phone call. itried to reboot and it just seem ok i can dail out but i canthere the person on the other en nore the cant hear me on the other side. can you help me

A solution to this is try to reboot your phone to have the original settings back. But before doing that, make sure to backup all your files just in case. to reboot your device, press and hold the ALT key, RIGHT SHIFT and DELETE.

pls make sure that your cell microphone is working.. if not get the microphone replaced..
to chck the microphone, do any sound sound recording and play it back... u will know that it is working if u hear the recording, if no sound comes, sorry to say but your microphone's gone..

check oil level

check your sound settings - could be that the sound is turned off for outgoing calls.

1. FYI, when your call is dailed through successfully - please pay attention as there are two instructions on the screen. It tells you to press which button for dailing and which to press to unlock the screen.

2. To answer your question: On the left hand side of the phone, there are 3 buttons. Press the button at the bottom below the volume up & down buttons. The dailing screen should come up.

This button is also used as a shortcut for changing profiles quickly in the main screen.

take out the sim card and turn it around with the chip facing the opposite way example if the chip is facing down then flip it over i got a sciphone i68 last night and had the same problem the guy i got it from told me how to fix it
