Photos and Videos

Hi I have sansa e260 I stored some pictures and videos in my sansa e260 but i couldn't view none of the photos(bitmap format) and videos. I don't know what the exact problem. So please help me out to solve this problem..

    hey i have sansa e250v2 device and i couldn't watch videos and photos

    and i bought it from USA

    I have not sansa video converter so from where i can take it or download it.

    Whenever I try to put the pictures on my Sansa, it says its already on there but it wont show up on my Sansa.

    i have a sansa e260 and when ever i use the sansa media converter to get videos on it it sits there and it seems like its working but when it gets done it says cannot be transfered or it says nothing but either way when it gets done the mp3 goes fuzzy and then u have to take the back off and take the battery out then reboot it please solve this problem

Dude your photos need to be in jpeg format, thats the only kind that really works on them when you loaded those you should have gotten an error massage asking if you just likt to STORE THEM since they could not be viewed. If you clicked no to skipping over them then that would be your problem. and up to now i still cannot figure out how to view the videos, no format i have knowledge of works hope i could help <3 aurora

However, bear in mind that the screen on the Sansa is quite small. You're not going to get much detail on it.

I bought a refurb sansa e260

First you need the Sansa Media Converter, which you can get here.

To transfer videos and photos on your Sansa using the Sansa Media Converter, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Add Media" button on the upper right corner of the Sansa Media Converter window.
2. In the "Open" dialog box, locate the photos or videos that you want to transfer to your Sansa. Please read the supported file formats in the "See supported file formats" link in the Sansa Media Converter window.
3. Click on "Open" to add the photos or videos.
4. Click on the "Convert" button to transfer them to your Sansa in a supported and appropriate format.
