Hi guys.i have a pan sdr-h250gc 3ccd camcorder.using image mixer 3 software that came with.now it doest read any dideo files from the cam?

Establish the format of the video files. The format is described by the file extensions. Common video file formats are .mpg .mts .avi. Its unlikely that the software stopped reading the video files. Its more likely that there is a problem with the connection from the camera to the computer. Try different cables, try to check that everything is connected correctly. Some cameras need to be told they are connected to the computer by responding to a screen prompt on the camera screen.

My computer can't see my 1tb seagate expansion portable hdd which I formatted to my smart TV

Formatting a drive using smart TV usually makes your drive into Linux file format like ext2 or ext3 file format, which windows does not recognize. (not unless you install reader or software to read this).

Check on your computer's "Device Manger" if your drive is undetected or just in format your computer cant read. To check
1. On start menu, right-click "My Computer" & click Manage.
2. Click on disk management (assuming your HDD is connected)
3. Check if your drive is shown there and in what format. Like this:
25338677-rqht4uc3tbxlmt5eaimv0dqm-1-2.png
4. You can format your drive here too if you want.
5. If it is here, then your drive is working fine, you just need to install ext2/ext3 file format reader to see the files.

My WD My Passport external Hard Drive ! TB formatted for Mac is not reading my files

A Windows PC computer will not read files on the WD hard drive that has been formatted on a MAC.
The fix.
Copy your photos onto the MAC computer then remove the WD hard drive and connect it to your Windows PC and format the WD hard drive in FAT32 file system.
After formatting has been completed remove the WD hard disk and connect it to the MAC computer. The MAC can read and write to a Windows FAT32 formated hard disk. You can now copy the photos from the MAC to the WD hard disk. When copying is complete, remove the WD hard drive and connect the WD hard drive to your Windows PC and you can now copy the photo from the WD hard disk to your Windows PC.

Will i loose pictures & other files if i format my pc

Yes you will lose all files when you format.
If you want to save your files but cannot open Windows on your computer then remove the hard drive from your computer and connect this hard drive into an USB hard drive adapter. Plug this adapter and hard drive into the USB port of a working computer, this computer will see this as an external storage device, you can then open the folders on this drive and copy/backup the various folders and files.
After you have copied/backup your files, you can install the hard drive back into your computer to format and reinstall Windows.

Why does it tell me the memory card is full, when the memory card is empty?

The memory card is probably filled up with hidden files or system files that you cannot see ordinarily.
You can solve this problem by connecting the memory card to a computer by any means and formatting it.
You can format it by connecting it to the computer.
Locate it under my computer
right-click on it, and select format
select quick format and click the format button
wait for the format to be finished and disconnect.
Hope this was of help to you?

My ipod is showing file system error

Hi

File system error can appear due to unplugging the MP3 player without disconnecting it. It may have happened due to formatting it with a different file format or due to memory issue with the player. Please reformat your MP3/MP4 player. Connect it to the computer, go to My computer-> right click on the mp3/mp4 player after it is displayed-> select format-> Format it as FAT32 File system. Formatting the MP3/MP4 player will delete all the songs/data from the player. So, backup all data before formatting it. Hope this helps...

SD card

you can try some data recovery software. You can see
recover files from sd card
It tells the steps how to perform data recovery.

If above does not work, you may have to format the memory card (use quick format), and then use sd card recovery software to scan again the memory card and recover your files.

Help to recover or repair a corrupted file on my daughter's sansa mp3 player

If the file is corrupted then there is no way for you to play nor listen to it. If the player is saying the file is corrupted and to test if the file is really corrupted please try to do this steps. Connect the player to the computer. Open My Comptuer window and open the player locate the file and try to copy that file to your desktop and play that file. If the file copied and played successfully then that good. If not the only way to prevent this is to format the player. Change the player to MSC mode then connect to the computer and open my computer and right-click on the player and choose format remove the check on the quick format and click start to format the player. Formatting the player will delete all the files and data on the device and it will fix any bad sectors that would cause file corruption on the player.
