So the outside compressor and fan are working good ? If the fan and capacitor check out good then check that the wire from the thermostat for the fan (usually green and tied to grey on a bryant) has voltage and if it does the control board needs replaced because it contains the fan relay

2002 4 ton Bryant air conditioner shuts off, fan still runs but not cooling is problem in the controls in the attic or in the AC unit or both?

With a non heat pump it is a simple 24 volt AC control circuit. In the attic there is a relay that is actuated via the fan control wire directly from the thermostat. On the thermostat there is an auto/man switch that controls the fan. Manual the fan runs all the time. Auto fan turns on and off with the outside compressor.

If the system is not calling for cool and the fan continues to run the fan relay is sticking. common problem. Sometimes after running for several days the relay will stop sticking if not, replace relay.

If the system is calling for cool and the compressor stops I would still expect the fan to run until thermostat tells the A/C to off. Some compressor units include a safety switch or high-pressure cut-out switch A blocked internal valve bad control board or external fan in outside unit defective no air flow in outside unit.
High pressure cut out not good,

Suggest turning temp max cool and observe. If acceptable cool and the compressor runs without interruption all is good, except for the blower in the attic. Safely check relay in attic blower circuit.

Hope this helps.

Compressor runs but why is no air coming through ducts?

Might be bad Indoor blower motor, very clogged filters, bad belt (if its belt driven blower), or evaporator iced up. here is some video for You.

Bryant condenser not running.

Check that there's power available (open or tripped breaker or disconnect). If there's power available, check for 24-28 volts feeding the contactor coil. The low refrigerant cut-out may have tripped the 24v (leak). The pressure cut-out may have tripped (dirty condenser coil, inoperable condenser fan motor). If there's 24 volts at the contactor coil, check the capacitor before ohming the motor. A defective run capacitor will shut the compressor down.

Having problems with my bryant 601a package unit blower is working and moving air but not cold my unit fan is turning off and on but not sure the compresser is working i replaced the capacitor any other...

I would check to make sure the compressor is in fact working (people sometimes mistake the condenser fan being on for the compressor, which makes an almost dieseling sound). The indoor fan is a separate circuit from the compressor.

MY BRYANT AIR CONDITIONER OUTDOOR AND IN DOOR FANS ARE RUNNING BUT COMPRESSOR MAKES A CLICK NOISE

If the compressor is not clicking on then the relay or the capacitor is defective. Remove the unit out if the compressor is not working and check the relay unit , if the contacts are good , the check or replace the capacitor.
If however the comprssor is not holding on , the current drain must be checked using a clamp tester . if high the compressor can be faulty and might need an overhaul.

Bryant model 594DNO24-E Air out of vents not cool, fan is not moving on AC unit.

I think you are talking about the outdoor unit so see if you can hear the compressor running. If it isn't running then set the thermostat so that the unit is not running and give the pressure time to come down.(15mins-30mins) Discharge pressure will build up if the fan isn't running and cause the compressor to shut down that's the reason for doing this. After this set the thermostat to call for a/c then see if the compressor is running. If it isn't first check your circuit breaker or disconnect or fuses. One of these should be located close to the outdoor unit. If you have power and it's not running then look at the contactor to see if it is pulled in. The contactor supplies both the fan and compressor. After that then check you capacitor. Some use a double capacitor that works the fan and the compressor. Let me know what you find
