Hi. Here's the procedure on how to replace the belt. Sad to say i dont have a diagram for that. Please see below instructions.
The mower should be drained of gas and drain the motor oil before starting procedure.
Disconnect spark plug wire from spark plug.
.
Motor side of the belt:
.
Remove two bolts under the lawn mower body which holds the top cover over the drive belt.
Remove the belt guard that is around the pulley on the crank shaft.
Then work the belt around the blade and off the the drive pulley.
.
While blade is removed, sharpen or replace as necessary.
.
Transmission side of the belt:
.
Remove the "S" clip on handle for speed / traction cable
Remove the plastic "Rear Baffle" two screws on each side on frame in front of rear wheels one screw in the rear
.
With the baffle removed, rotate the drive shaft and transmission to gain access
to the pulley drive belt guard, it is held in place with three screws.
.
Once belt guard is removed, you can easily remove the drive belt
.
Reverse procedure to replace the belt.
.
Lubricate drive Axel bearings, wheel bearings, control cables, as necessary.
Replace all fluids as necessary.
Hi,
remove the battery and tray for access. Also remove shifter cover for access to the tension pulley to remove the small drive belt, from there releave tension and take off small drive belt, from there you should be able to turn belt and pull up on your long drive belt to remove it.
And you can get the Manual for it via
