I put a password in my program and didnot write it down. I can't remember what it is. What can I do?

There are password recovery programs, you also if you have nothing of importance on computer do a factory restore, this would remove all programs and restore like it was new when you bought it, but you will lose pitcures, documents and any programs you have installed. you will open a new account or you try to remember some of your profile details without that you can access it ,click on forgot password and follow the necessary instruction

You should re-program your phone

Polaroid sets a defualt password for the V-Chip at the factory. The default is 1111, as listed on page 21 of the manual. I would recommend you either change the password to one that you'll remember, or disable the V-Chip entirely.
