HI to clean the drain tube. pull fridge away from the wall .find the drain tube, by the drain tray. push a small plastic hose, up the drain tray. blow in the hose, to clear the debris. thanks the appliance doc.
I am having the same problem. How long did it take?
I bought mine second hand and think it may be broken. I plugged it in 8 hours ago. I can hear it running but it's not cold yet.
