Whenever your screen goes white again just hit the ALT+RIGHT SHIFT+DEL your blackberry will reset itself. It will go black for about 2 to 4 seconds then you will see the famous blackberry hourglass. Be patient and in about 2 to 5 minutes your blackberry will reset.
Try freeing up some space on your blackberry by deleting some unecessary files and do not run too many applications at once.
if evrything is ok with the dvd (make sure the dvd is working fine), you need to hook up the yellow/ blue wires and yellow / black wires one for parking breack and the other for the breack chek the diagram on top of the alpine radio .

to factory settings.Download the Blackberry Desktop manager and run the
application loader. Make sure you check to delete old applications in
advanced tab. Carefully all you datat will be wiped.
Hold these keys down simultaenously - ALT+RIGHT SHIFT(CAP)+DELETE
Power back on.
If that doesn't work - try a double soft, where you follow the above, wait until you have a blank screen and then repeat - You should get another blank screen followed by the hourglass.
It is normal for Blackberry to load all its applications which takes few mins. However in your case the BB shuts off. I would suggest downloading the latest Device Firmware from www.Blackberry.com, and update your device with that firmware to your Device using the Desktop manager on your PC.
After being on a little while, the screen goes black (no audio as well) for 20 to 30 seconds. Green light stays on. Then, picture comes back on and takes a couple of seconds to get up to full brightness. About 5 seconds or so after the video comes back, the audio returns.
Until this morning, has only happened a couple of times a day, now happening more often. About 3 times in last 20 minutes.
