Ok... here is what you do... my computer/C:/program files/ common files/Research In Motion/AppLoader remove the vendor file and put it on your desktop or wherever you want as long as it isnt in any of the containing folders... open up desktop messenger... reinstall os... and your blackberry works...
The best way to fix any JVM error is to reinstall the device software. This is the same process as if you had to reinstall your OS (windows) for example on your PC. You will lose all information but you device will be reset to the state of when you first removed it from the box when purchased.

Your blackberry probably just needs a firmware restore. Here's a guide on how to restore the blackberry firmware. Download the Blackberry Desktop manager and run theapplication loader.

The technically correct way to reset a BB is to remove the battery and reinsert after 5 minutes.
Unfortunately the only way to recover this error is to reinstall all of the software.
You absolutely need access to a computer with the BB desktop software installed on it.

I entered my password wrong and it did a wipe and i pulled the battery out.
