You need to manually adjust or set the hands to the home position as they are not where the watch thinks they should be. This can happen when you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic field. Look in the manual to do this. Afterwards your watch should set to the correct time.

I do reset the home city whenever the watch decides it's not London but Tokyo and the watch then shows the right time. The problem is that it puts me in Tokyo sometimes twice a day. I'd like to discourage the watch from making these changes. Even when I reset the home city to London it can take quite a time tio get London time back. E.g. if I'm on a train it's usually impossible to get a signal.
