You will need to contact Polaroid and register with them . Log on to the site and mention your complaint asking for the nearest location for buying the cable/software. If you are able to order online ask for the store and get connected. Hope you are able to get through. Good day
Normally this is caused by not having installed the driver for the camera, the driver is located on the software disk that came with your camera, once installed the computer will recognize your camera, if you do not have the disk, try looking on the web in the manufacturers site in the support section to see if there is a driver download for your camera.
If u want music you need an SD card and a card reader for your computer. I would suggest using Real Player and downloading music on that...once you have bring up my computer on the start bar and find the SD card and transfer it from realplayer. once its loaded put the SD card in ur DSI and go on the parrot thingy on the menu click on SD card and there u go!
A 4GB card is known as an SDHC card...probably not accepted by your camera. Stick with the manufacturer's recommendations. You could go to the support section of Polaroid's website to see if they have a download for your camera model that would permit the larger card.
1. whats the brand of the VGA Card ( looking at the model looks to like Asus)
2. when you tested the VGA card at the computer shop did they check it on a another motherboard?
3. any way fixing a VGA card is not possible by any ordinary computer repair shop. best would be to try to locate the local agent in your country & see the possibility of getting warranty.
I wish what I'll be saying will resolve the problem. Unfortunately, your camera can only support up to 1GB of SD card. That's the reason why the 4GB card is not working.
Here's a screenshot of the details regarding your Polaroid camera.
