Replaced your toner cartridge with a new one, if you install a new one and it didn't work and still F2 flashes, the cartridge that you buy is not suitable for your country, always ask for a genuine toner, do not use compatible toners for your copier.

Is the code a H5 ? Is it a AR-163 or a AR-287? Is the copier making a load noise when making a copy? Basicly, the code means you are have more then 5 paper jams in the fuser & there is a problem there & the copier is locked up.... It's self saving it self
Is there any alpha numeric display on the quantity display LED such as F2 with flashing 04 or any other trouble display?
I will get back to you as soon as you can give this information.
You can hold down the start key when the F1 is displayed it will show a sub code. The service manual for that model shows only one F1 code which is an F1-06. That is a shifter motor trouble. That is the section after the exit that offsets the copies.
You can reset the code with the instructions below. If the error recurrs then chech the exit section shidter for proper movement. You may require an on site technician to remedy this issue.
To reset the error code:
Hit <clear> <interrupt> <0> <interrupt>
14 <start>
