I have never messed with a treadmill before, but in general on conveyor belts, you tighten the side the belt is trying to go to. Please rate my answer so I get points for it.

See the block diagram for final diagnostic and you will get strong Resultant.

Error massage on display screen saying belt jam is as a result that the oven conveyor motor failure. If it does not move or function. The fault could be inside the motor circuit that contains hall effect sensor, the motor could be stack, or the controll boar may require cleaning wit dryclener liquids.

If you can stop the belt. You need to be aware that the drive belt can also cause this problem so I suggest that you remove the motor shroud and when you are adjusting whether the front roller is moving and the running belt has stopped (adjust back rollers) or the roller has stopped and motor is rotating ( adjust Drive Belt)

That's an embarrasing admission. A treadmill works like a conveyor belt or a car's fan belt. If it is too loose it will slip under load. There will be an ajuster on your treadmill. All you have to do is tighten the belt. Do not overtighten it though. an
