If I drag a clip (shot with Samsung SMX F40 in widescreen format) onto the timeline of Cyberlink Powerdirector 8, I get the message that the clip is in PAL TV format while my "preferred setting are NTSC. I have no idea how to change NTSC to PAL. Where can I do that? Is this a setting in Cyberlink or my computer?

Righ click then click open.It works for me, but my version is powerDirector 8 De-luxe When opening to the Burn widow Just bselect andn double left click or sometimes itsa possible toleft click and drag and drop. I'm not very experienced and I think power director leaves a lot to be desired and we shouldn't have to be reliant on websites for more information.

contact cyberlink with the serial number thats on the disc and they should be able to tell you - short of that contact the place you got the disc / rw combo drive from and see if they are able to help.
