I have a Symphonic 19" tv 6 years old. Model # ST419E When watching nascar racing the top of tv shows only half or the info running across the top of screen. I think it needs horizontal set smaller, but can,t find any knobs or screws to set it. Please let me know if this is possible to set or not. I could,nt find a manual for it. THANK YOU Steve

This could be a capacitor if your lucky but can also be the horizontal transistor. The repair could cost you between 60$ and 150$
My opinion; it's not worth it.

I think, after you have the rca jacks inserted into the tv and to the game you're playing, youshould be able to move the channel button down past channels 3 and 2. And or hit menu on the tv and look for setup. Try that!
