HI. "he" is short for an apparent heating error that has occurred within the unit. This could be due to an obstructed ventilation assembly, or a failed thermistor.
The necessary actions are to test the Resistance level of the thermistor. If the level is below specifications, replace it, asap. I would also advise to clean out the entire ventilation assembly. This will include the blower housing,vent hoses and lint screen and trap. I have included a service manual for this line of Samsung dryer units.
