I am having trouble printing. The words come out fine but the images all have lack of color and skipped lines. You can barely make out the image. Any suggestions?

The is blocked by dust on the side of the paper on the image unit that would have color associated with the print. Remove all the image units and clean all the laser glass. Replace those image units also if streaking as for the paper ensure correct paper side and media type.
if colored printing fine from other application ( Word, excel etc) then pls follow theses steps -------- in internet explorer goto tool ----- advance ------- look for Printing in the list and check the box Print background and color and images.
Seem like blocked hole(s) on the color print head...
Most likely if there is a deep clean option then do it (may need a few times to unblock a hole or never).
Also get the printer physically cleaned up if you can see dusts inside (vrtical lines on color bars).
Depends on whether the "lines" are colored or just blank areas missing in the print . If it is blank areas , then most likely the laser scanner is dirty and the glass needs to be cleaned . If it is colored lines , then you most likely have a defective drum .
