Unable to Safely Remove YP-K3J

I've tried about everything...
I've updated the portable device and still I can't safely remove the mp3 using Samsung Media Studio or anything else for that matter.

I opend Samsung Media Studio, plugged in my mp3 and then went to Menu>Portable device and 'Safely Remove Portable Device' isn't highlighted.

The people that say to ignore the safely remove device - are mistaken.

all i can suggest is go to the manufacture of the computer and make sure all your device drivers are up to date.

and depending on your OS - windows update site or the linux / mac / other repositories to make sure all those are updated as well.
