Hello,all you need to do is just to format the phone that is the only option you are left with.
you can try either of the steps below to format your mobile phone or you can as well visit an authorized mobile phone repairer to fix it up for you.
,you can make use of either soft reset,hard reset or factory settings.
Soft Reset
Soft Reset will clear pending errors and bring your mobile
to an initial state by restoring Factory setting. To operate this
function on your mobile, the shortcut is: *#7380#
This function apparently works on almost all nokia mobile phones.
Hard Reset
It may happen that despite you have restored your mobile to factory
setting, the error still exist. In this case, it is recommended that
you opt for Hard reset
Enter the code: *#7370# and press Yes to confirm initialization.
Important Notice: It is recommended that you save all important information on your phone (e.g: memo, contacts etc)
To make a Hard Reset on a Nokia phone that is not willing to turn on, just press simultaneously these 3 buttons:
press on/off + * + 3whenever
you forget your security code the only option left to keep making use
of the phone is to format it and the steps to take in the formation is
to follow them below,
1.MENU
2.SETTINGS
3.RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS
4.YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ENTER PHONES FACTORY DEFAULT CODE

To hard reset your Nokia 2700 Classic you just have to press*#7370# and press Dial. The phone will request the security code that is by default 12345. Please be aware that you will loose all the data in your phone, so you should backup all relevant information.

Switch off the phone.
Remove the battery for 30 minutes.
Reinsert the battery and switch on the phone.
Enter the default code 12345.
