I can't get my new electrolux dryer out of demo mode. help please.

I understand that your Electrolux washer is in demo mode and you need help in getting it out of it. In order to get your washer out of demo mode you would need to turn the cycle selector knob to spin only/time dry. Press start then the cancel button. Activate the control panel by turning the cycle selector knob to spin only/time dry cycle. Press and hold the cancel button with the soil level/extended tumble button (third button from the left) for three seconds. This should deactivate demo mode on your washer. If you continue to experience issues with your washer please comment back and reply with your model number. Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux wall oven/microwave combination is stuck in demo mode. The best way to remove demo mode from your wall oven/microwave combo is to hold the oven light button and the on/off keys at the same time and you should be able to toggle in and out of demo mode. I understand you want to turn the demo mode off of your Electrolux dryer, model# EWED65H. To deactivate the demo mode in your appliance, please try the following:

1)Turn the cycle knob to the last cycle on the right.
2)Press the start button and immediately afterwards press the cancel button.
3)Within 10 seconds, wake up your appliance by pressing the start button once.
4)Immediately, press and hold cancel and the right most key under the display, together for a minimum of 6 seconds. DEMO MODE will no longer show in the display.
5)If a 3 prong power cord (120V cord) is attached, remove it and attach normal 240 V cord.

If that model number EOC68000X is correct then in the manuals I have for that Model there is no Demo mode setting.If you can supply the PNC number then I will investigate further.Try relogging your call with this information.

Try holding the cancel button for 10 seconds until it beeps and see if that takes it out of demo mode. I can't find any good info on this model. So it's a stab in the dark.

try unpluging the machine and wait for 5 mins.
and if that dont work e-mail me the modle numger and ill call the factory

Turn cycle knob to last cycle on right. Press start to save cycle position.
Press cancel to turn machine off.
Within 10 seconds, wake unit by pressing start once, immediately press and hold cancel and right most key under the display together for a minimum 6 seconds.
“DEMO MODE” will no longer be shown in the display.
