Exxcel 1400 express with the number E-Nr. WFX2867GB/10 FD 8410604749,
The last time I used the machine I interrupted it while it was washing and thereafter its stopped working. When turned on it will collect water and detergent but will not turn or wash.
What do I do????

sound like the motor brushes are worn out, just remove motor and fit new brushes. nice easy repair

There is no internal fuse in the washer to replace.
If you have replaced the fuse, make sure that is is a good one.
If you are satisfied that you have power to the washer, then I'm afraid it sounds quite serious.

check the manual . you can take the key mode off with the instructionsprobably a press and hold for 2-3seconds thing .If you dont have the manual you can get it from thermador. com they will order it for you. you will get it 2-3days. let me know how you made out:)

just go a bosch washing machine exxcel 14 express cant get it to work can anyone help i dont have the user book my email is [email protected]

1. Loose debris blockin pump - Clean drain pump on the bottom of the machine,
2. Drainage pipe and or drainage hose blocked - I would like help on this as well.
