I cannot connect to the internet through gprs, everytime i try to connect it alwys says "cannot connect for an unknown reason.

everytime I try to access the internet using my sciphone 19+++, but I get a message saying GPRS unsubscribed

You will have to be connected to EDGE or GPRS to use data services. If you are on edge or gprs (lower case), you will only have voice and sms.

That means for some reason you a not subscrbed to the internet. If you are supposed to have it on your phone then they may be interrupting your service or the system is acting weird. If you didn't include internet on plan then, you should subscribe to it.

how i must doing for setting GPRS, MMS, BROWSER, E-MAIL etc about Motorola SLVR L7, i dont can operational this phone, please help me please?!

hello you can download nokia pc suite from nokia's official site and than problem was gone

to connect to the internet & to send & receive mms messages you must activate the GPRS first from your network provider ...The best thing you can do is to contact the customer care of your network provider and ask for the activation of GPRS ...
they will tell you the procedure to activate it ....
they will tell the number to which the message to be sent to recieve the settings ....
so note that down and then follow the procedures told by them ...
you will receive the gprs settings(profile) also ... make sure of the charges with them there will be many plans & then get activated ...
after this you will able to connect to internet ....
if the customer people tell you that your handset is not compatible then you must tell to give the manual settings(includes ip address,APN,etc) so that you can only create the profile and input the information given by the customer care people...
