Hi i am gokul..i have ir3300 machine now this machine is displayed paper has jammed error..but don,t jammed paper last time the paper was jammed fixing unit side..plz give me a solution.. thanks

1. Locate and dust your paper sensor eyes
2. make sure paper size adjuster for tray 2 is locked at proper position.
3. Examine pick up roller from tray 2, clean or replace as necessary.

i m using canon ir3300 , showing paper jam at left side , but i checked there is no any paper, although there is showing jam. what to do.

The error message that you are getting means there's a jammed paper inside the machine particularly in the feeder. This may also appear if the panel is not closed securely. Try to open the control panel and look for any pieces of jammed paper or debris. Closed the front cover or the control panel, it should display the regular screen date/time. Once you have the regular screen load the document on the feeder, the display should change and should ask you to enter the fax number.

This error message is displayed by the printer when paper is jammed in one or more locations. In such a case, users are recommended to remove the jammed paper from the specified location. The entire paper path must be checked for any pieces of paper. To stop the message, open and close the top most cover of the printer. Lastly, verify the flags and the sensors. 1) what kind of hdd failure? Did copier report error code like E602-0003, or? When the hdd error occured did the service exchange HDD with new one and upgrade the system. Other thing, but not mostly likeble, check the current in el. insert.

2) Wich kind of problems? Did the copier reported E000, E001, E002, E003,..., is there was smudged copies, paper jams,..., how did you solve the problem? Did the service replace fixing film unit, or complete fixing unit? Do you have enough air flow around the copier, is the copier beneath the air conditioning device, is there any air draft,...?

My canon iR3300 is displaying error code E000003-0000. Please help

I had the same problem- jam error with no paper in it. I tried all of the suggestions to no avail. So as a last resort before I went and purchased another one I unplugged it, picked it up, turned it upside down and whacked it a few times. To my surprise when I plugged it back up it worked just fine! Haven"t had any problem since. I don"t reccomend this but as a last resort, what the heck!
