My phone wont charge. the battery is good and charger
Same problem here but phone is 14 mo old. Just stopped charging even though it says it is. Got new battery, same thing. Charged battery in different phone and was fine. swapped and it works. so... phone is bad somehow.

Try a different battery. If that doesnt work, it may be your charger port. Take an old tooth brush, turn off the phone spray alcahol on the toothbrush, and scrub the port on the phone. If that fails your charger port needs to be replaced. Check with your provider about the warranty. If its not under warranty, check my profile and we can help you for sure.

The issue is the charger port on the ENV2 breaks fairly easily. The first step is to contact your carrier to see if it is covered under warranty. If it is, great get it replaced.
If not, you have 3 options:
1. you can get the charging port repaired. The cost is about 50 dollars.
2. you can get a new phone. cost ???

when i put my charger into my brand new slvr it says battery charging and then just shuts down.. then it comes back up and says battery charging but then just shuts back down and repeats the process
They symptoms are exactly the same. The phone shuts down when plugging the charger in and then recycles through the process, on and off, over and over. Meanwhile the phone does not function.
