Thats a little vague. If you paid for an expert on the phone ur ticket would still be open and that company should honor the call free this time. Have you went into ur control panel under system under device manager and seen if the network was active? Or if its even got a driver assigned to it? If you have loaded a third party CD for internet then it could have assigned a VPN "virtual private network" while it was registering ur account. There are alot of reason ur wifi would not work these are just a few.
