SOURCE: GlowBouy not lighting up, no matter how long charged

Most of the time, that is going to indicate a problem with the battery no matter what type of swimming pool lights you have, but you are in luck, because I have located a copy of the owners manual for this light. Hope this helps!

Top center I think. Doesn't go on and off, it runs through three or four settings first then goes off.

It sounds like your swimming pool light is not holding a charge. This normally indicates that the batteries have expired their useful life and need to be changed. Even rechargeable batteries are not designed for permanent use.

Battery will not hold a charge. can i replace the battery

As far as I know, you cannot change the batteries on these swimming pool lights. If the rechargeable batteries are no longer holding a charge, you will probably have to replace the entire light.

I can not find my charger. Where can I order one.

I am not sure if they sell accessories or not, but you might want to check with backyardcitypools.com. I know that they sell these types of swimming pool lights so they might be able to get the charger for you or at least point you in the right direction. You might also want to contact the manufacturer. They might be able to give you more info.

How do i change the lamp in my glowbouy

You cannot change the light yourself. These particular swimming pool lights are designed so that they are not able to be opened by the consumer. To have the bulb replace, you will have to take it to an pool store/repair place. They can only be opened by a professional. If you did open it, it would void your warranty. You will either have to take it in for servicing or buy a whole new light.

My glowbouy flashes green and red...what does this mean

According to the owners manual for these swimming pool lights, this is what each colored indicator means. Hope this helps.

Solid green
The battery pack is fully charged.
Slow flashing green
The battery pack is almost fully charged.
Slow flashing yellow
The battery pack is half charged.
Medium flashing yellow
The battery pack is less than half charged.
Fast flashing yellow
The battery pack has almost no charge.
Fast flashing red
A charging error has occurred and the light should be unplugged and then plugged back in. If the Fast Flashing Red persists after several attempts, the battery condition is questionable.

Also in the trouble shooting guide, it mentions this:

Problem: Red Indicator Light Is Flashing While Charging

Solution:
A red flashing indicator light when charging indicates a selftest
error condition. Unplug the product and plug it in again.
Try this several times; if the indicator light continues to flash
red, unplug the GlowBuoy and take it to an authorized service
depot.

Will not start. Changed plug, cleaned carb, getting spark but will not start. I was told that the battery had to be charged up befor it would start.

I fixed the problem by taking the carb back apart found out that the float needle was sticking. I cleaned up float needle put it back together and it fired up.
