The only source other than E-Bay that I am aware of is Kirby.
This is from their FAQ's:
Q. How can I obtain a replacement copy of an owner's manual?
A. For a copy of a manual, call 1-800-437-7170 or visit your nearest authorized Kirby distributorship.
I have tried personally to locate this same manual on line and ended up calling Kirby.

I have some of these lying around with all the kirby stuff so I can make you a copy or send an original. Items like this are not worth selling on ebay as the fee's make it a waste of time listing low value items.
