Your door switch is faulty.Normally the door swtich is a limit switch and its action is press to OFF, when the door is closed.Otherwise when the switch is released when the door is opened then the lights must come on. Use a good tool to take the switch out, you can use some goos quality switch/electric contact cleaners or even WD40 can be used. The switch must be pressed hard a number of times while you spray into the contact.If there is no result you will need to remove and take the swittch to find the same mounting type- normally On switch.Hope you get thei right.
