Hi,
I suggest you do a full system reset on the printer and see if that fixes anything. Please do the following. Come back and check with me if it doesn't work.
Performing a semi-full reset of the All-in-One

Use the Power button to turn on the product.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the product.

Press and hold the # button and the 6 button.
- While holding the buttons down, plug the power cord into the back of the product.
- Continue to hold the buttons down until the control panel display goes blank.

Release the buttons, and then use the Power button to turn on the product. The reset information appears on the control panel display.
