I would try a local watch repair place first to see if its a standard type pin. If not you will need to follow this advice.
Watches bought from Kenneth Cole or a Kenneth Cole retailer are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover repairs needed because of normal wear and tear. You will need :
Padded envelope
Check or money order for $8.50
Step 1
Write your name, address, phone number and a description of the problem on a sheet of paper.
Step 2
Put the watch and the paper with your information in a padded envelope.
Step 3
Mail your package to:
Kenneth Cole Productions Inc. Attn: Returns Department 229 Hollie Drive Martinsville, VA 24112
Specialty screws like this can be hard to find. You can contact watch repair shops to see if they have it or contact Keneth Cole. KC has a great warranty and is generally good about keeping parts as long as the model isnt too old.
There are little pop screws between each of the links and there are certain equipment used to pop them out. Can hurt. I suggest that if you don't want to get hurt or damage the band take it to the place you got the watch or a local jeweler.
First I would go to a reputable watch repairman. I know that in my years I have collected many, many screws that probibly would fit your watch. It is also recomended you go to a watchrepair NOT a jeweler. If you still can't find the screws, get ahold of the company, give them the model# on the back case of your watch and they will be able to help you. If these things don't work PLEASE let me know and maybe I can find another way to help. Good Luck!!
