How to Get a Learners Licence

Learner's licence appointment (Gauteng)

• Obtain a preliminary booking (date/time/reference number) via the Gauteng Provincial Call Centre at 08604288364.
• Visit the specific Driving Licence Testing Centre (where the test will be conducted) within the given time frame to finalise the booking.
• Applicants need their reference numbers, ID, a copy of their ID, two black and white photos and the appropriate legislated fees with day of finalisation.
• The applicant will complete an application form, do an eye test and pay at the cashier. A receipt will be issued also reflecting the date and time of test.
• Applicants will, on the day of the test, after identifying themselves, be allowed into the classroom to write the test.
• The test will be marked immediately afterwards.
• Should the applicant pass, the learners licence will be issued immediately after payment of the required issuing fees.
• Should applicants fail, they will be referred back to the Provincial Call Centre to obtain a new appointment.

How to Renew my Licence

Renewal of driving licence card.
• Applicants can visit any driving licence testing centre to renew their driving licence card.
• An applicant will need acceptable identification - valid diving licence card, valid temporary ID, green bar-coded ID, valid RSA green bar-coded passport - a copy thereof, as well as the appropriate legislated fees.
• The applicant will complete an application form, pass an eye test, take fingerprints and pay at the cashier.
• A receipt will be issued.
• The applicant will receive a notice in the post for collection purposes - the waiting period is about four weeks
• Should applicants require temporary driving licences with card application, they will need the appropriate fees as well as one additional photo. The temporary licence will be issued immediately.
• Should applicants renew their driving licence card on or before the date of the expiry, the existing licence card shall remain valid for the next three months provided they are in possession of their old/current cards and a receipt of their new applications
• Driving licences not claimed by the applicant within 120 days will be defaced

Drivers Licences

You can use the hardware restore button on the Polycom HDX system to reset
the system in one of these ways:
• Restoring configuration-Restores the configuration, which resets most
system settings to default values.

• Factory restore-Completely erases the system and restores it to the
software version and default configuration stored in its factory partition.
If you follow this procedure while a USB storage device is connected, the
system restores from the USB device instead of the system's factory
partition.
The restore button is on the front of the Polycom HDX 9000 series system, as
shown in the following figure.





The restore button is on the front of the Polycom HDX 8000 series, Polycom
HDX 7000 series, and Polycom HDX 4000 systems, as shown in the following
figure.




The restore button is on the left side of the Polycom HDX 4500 system, behind
a wire mesh screen, as shown in the following figure.





Use a paperclip to press the restore button through the wire mesh covering
that side of the system. to reset the HDX Series system we can press the restore button over 15 second.

You download the application as normal and then use the prompts within the application to buy the licence key.

The only "free" keys are unauthorised ones used to commit intellectual property theft. FixYa cannot assist you with that even though such codes are widely available on search engines.

Here is the link for the PDF of the manual.  I would try every variation of holding the on/off button for several seconds and unplugging the machine for several minutes before re-plugging back in.

Can you use a polycom vsx aptz-2p camera with an hdx 8000

Set your exposure mode to either P ( Program ) and take pictures.
If the picture still come out dark, you have the meter cells that are bad.
