This can be one of a couple of things. If you had the power go out it is possible the tv just needs to rescan the incoming signals to find the channels. It's also possible that the video source was changed so that perhaps it is looking for a signal where there is none. ie it should look for cable but is looking at aux input and not seeing anything. If you are seeing a blank blue screen this is probably all that is wrong. You need to go into the menu then setup and select source and then scan the channels. This will be in your owners manual and is easy to do. Usually you only ever do it once when first you get the tv.
If that checks out and you are sur eyou are getting a incoming single then the tv reciever section may have failed. When you have ruled out the souurce then you may need to take it to the repair depot. You should contact smasung and get the closest repair dpot location. You can just go to the webpage and look under support to find and then call and see if they will give an estimate. The repair cost could get close to what a replacment tv would cost.
