Two options to try:
a) Press the Clock / Timer button 3 times
b) Unplug, wait a few seconds, then re-plug to power up with the factory settings. You will need to reset your clock and any favourite settings.
This should work with all Panasonic Microwave models.

Press the timer, and wait till the display shows no time (you will see ":" only nothing else) . Now you could press the quick minute option and it will work in normal mode.
Different models have different key sequences; my Panasonic NN-CF778SBPQ_SS requires MICROWAVE once followed by STOP four times to start or stop DEMO mode. The best thing to do is to get the operating instructions for your model off the panasonic website http://www.panasonic.eu/downloads/en_GB/popup.html and find the correct sequence for your model.
