This is a convergence problem. Go into menu, select setup, select convergence, and run auth converge. If there is no failure in the tv then this will correct the problem. This model does have chronic convergence failures and most times either the convergence power supply must be replaced. Occasionally the problem is the convergence amp pcb and rarely the deflection bd can cause the problem.
