Need wiring diagram for ev warrior electric bike special collectors edition the motor wiring is all disconnected. I have googled this and read there is a text written up on the wiring on the motor but never came across a link to find it. please help this is for a dear friend of mine, he is diagnosed with lung cancer and does not have much life expectancy left and hes been working on this and would love to help him out with this info. also a true hero he was in the army and is a survior from a pow camp 4 years before escaping. much help needed please. thank you glenda

This appears to be a Walmart, Amazon, eBay special without a maker website which usually means made in China and sold in bulk. There is limited help here and some videos. Motor and Capacitor wiring all works to the same diagram.

1. Remove the battery. For additional information, refer to Section 414-01.

Vehicles with automatic transaxle

1. Position the shift cable to one side.

1. Disconnect the transaxle electrical connector.

1. Disconnect the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor electrical connector.

1. Disconnect the starter motor electrical connectors.

1. Position the wiring harness to one side.

1. Remove the starter motor support bracket.

1. Remove the starter motor.
   • Remove the bolts.

Make sure no pressure on fuel lines before taking any fuel lines loose. This info came from my database, if you see a better way, by all means, use your best judgement.

You need to obtain an "EV Warrior SuperCharger". I just found a few on Ebay for about $80
It is a 5A-24v battery charger with a standard 3 Prong Connector

I have a PDF of the schematic i drew for my bike. it is posted on the Yahoo power-assist group. look in the files section.

there is also a text file there that lists all of the wiring connectors and where each of the wires goes. as well as connection diagrams for the Curtis 1505 speed controller.

the charger circuit is very simple. the black and red wires from the charger port go straight to the batteries +24V and 0V terminals. the third white wire connects through a bullet connector to pin#7 (EPO wire) of the Curtis speed controller. this acts to turn off the motors while the batteries are being charged.

inside the charger male connector the pin for that 3rd white wire is shorted to ground. so when you plug the charger in the white wire is grounded thru the charger plug.

have fun. i really enjoyed my EV-Warriors while i could still ride them.
