In 2001, Logitech bought Labtec. Logitech handles all the tech support for the old Labtec products.

Are the batteries in the mouse charged?

If you are not using rechargable batteries replace the batteries with alkaline batteries, they only last about 1 month...

Labtech ps2 wireless desktop

Usually, the connect procedure for Labtec is, that you press the small connect button on the receiver, (which on some models, then starts blinking).. Next, you press the connect button, on the bottom of either the mouse, or keyboard.. then repeat this, for the remaining unit.

Note: You might have to connect the PS2 receiver BEFORE starting the PC, and also might have to install the drivers, to get the multimedia-keys to work ! Good luck!

LABTEC KEYBOARD

It might be faulty or loose. I'm confident you don not want to purchase another keyboard but you could try blowing into the button or using a vacuum to **** out some dirt.

Labtec ultra-flat wireless desktop USB (967680-0120)

Sounds like a driver issue, try uninstalling the driver and software for the k/b and mouse and reinstalling them. Also there may be a newer version of drivers on the Labtec website
