The mointer is the problem not the computer i switched moniters and the problem stop at the moniter . the problem is the hole screen is overcome by this green tint very hard to make out colors. any suggestions?
Check the video cable connection at both ends. If it is secure, then move the cable in circles at both ends.
If the cable breaks a single wire, it will still be close enough to make contact under this test.
The red is almost always the one that will break first and cause the green and blue signals to be the only ones to be active resulting in a blue/green tint.
If you have another cable just try that instead.
