I have a Sankyo Sound 600 projector that I found in my basement. For sone reason neither film wheel is moving. Since it's been sitting for years in my basement is there something that can be used to...

I have the same projector. Many years ago the main drive belt rotted off and needed to be replaced. This drive belt drives everything in the projector. If yours has failed, you will need to remove the back cover (4 phillips screws) and replace it. Just find the drive motor (about center top) inside the projector. With the shaft pointing front to back, the main drive pully is on the back end with a fan mounted on the front end. E-bay sells replacement belts for about $10.00 to $13.00 dollars. I just used a belt that I picked up at the local electronics store that looked like it would fit. You should replace both belts, if one has failed, this is an old projector. If only the take reel has a problem, ie slipping, adjust the clutch on the rear drive pully.

Replacing the drive belt Nordictrack 2900

basically you will be just about to take your treadmill, almost totally apart. But the are not many nuts and bolts to solving your problem, first Lay treadmill on its side and locate the rear roller bolts, on mine their are 2, most tread mills are all the same, remove them 2 bolts, Now locate the front roller bolt, 1 bolt, remove bolt, your belt is going to be very loose now, on the side that you would be walking on, Is a board, 6 phillips head screws, Hold the board to the metal frame, remove them, remove the board, then go back to the rear roller, And remove the plastic end caps that hold the rear roller too the metal frame, by gently tapping them off, remove old belt from rear roller, Now go to front roller, and remove belt from front roller, and its time to Install new Belt, AND AJUST NEW BELT, Put belt on front roller and reinstall roller, put plastic end caps back on frame, and then reinstall rear roller threw the belt and reconnect to the plastic end caps on the rear of the frame, Now reinstall the board with 6 phillip screws, to the metal frame, Now turn treadmill upright again, Its time to AJUST YOUR NEW BELT 1st Center your New Belt, Then tighten rear roller bolts, ( Pay Attention ) Count even amount of turns for both Rear roller bolts, Then Ajust front roller Alignment, Their is only 1 bolt on most treadmills, So if your belt is pulling to one side when you turn the treadmill on,it means you still have to ajust the front roller ajustment screw, What I Do Is , I USE A small leveling tool, For the front roller ajustment, It KEEPS the pitch EVEN on both sides of the front roller, and this is HOW YOU REPLACE YOUR BELT AND AJUST THE NEW BELT, and save your self some money, enjoy, in you need to contact me, [email protected]

Changing dryer belt on kirkland/whirlpool dryer took apart dryer but dont see where belt suppose to mount.

Hello. The belt goes around the tub and the tension pulley. In fact, it is always a good idea to replace both the belt and the idler/tension pulley at the same time. J.

If you want a schematic go to searsdirect.com and enter your model number. J.

Hi.
Remove top cover of washer.
Remove rear access panel.
Slacken off the motor fixing bolts, and pull motor towards drum top.
Fit belt round motor pulley first, and then feed it round the drum pulley from the rear of the washer.
Tighten motor bolts just enough to hold motor steady, and pull motor towardsa cabinet side to tension belt, it needs to be farly tight.
Then tighten motor bolts securely.
Fit back top and rear covers.

How to remove and replace a motor belt on proform

Hello there. To replace the drive belt (motor belt) follow this procedure.
1)Remove power to the machine
2)remove the hood cover (3 screws on the rear of the cover)
3) loosen the adjusting bolts for the walk belt located on the opposite end of the walk belt from the hood assembly. Loosen the adjusting bolts 10 full revolutions. This will loosen the walk belt.
4) You should then walk the drive belt off of the front roller/pulley assembly by pushing the belt to one side while turning the motor. If you are nable to do this you will need to loosen the 2 bolts holding the drive motor in place.
5) After removing the drive belt you can then slide the drive roller to the side out of the frame and it will slide out the other side of the bracket. This will allow the belt to be removed from the front roller and be replaced.
If you had to loosen the bolts holding the motor you will need to retension the drive belt by pulling the drive motor back while tightening the bolts. This will require another person to help tension while you tighten the bolts.
You can then retension the walk belt using the adjusting bolts and retightening them 10 revolutions.
Good Luck Tim

I have a hotpoint aquarius 1100 washer dryer wd51 was making a grinding noise we turned it off and a under wire from a bra was sticking through a hole in the drum pulled it out and it is complete but now...

The bra wire bears no relation to your present problem.
Remove top cover, screws at rear, and push top cover back.
See if the belt is still on, if it is, then select final spin and see if the motor and drum go round, if it does not, then the brushes in the motor probably need replacing.
Unplug washer, and disconnect the motor. you will find the brushes at the motor plug end, depress plastic lugs, and slide brushes out, if they are less than 5mm long, then replace them

If it is the belt that has come off, you will have to remove the rear panel to refit it.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
