Sony dav hdx265 region free unlock

I have not found a way that can be done with software hack,
its a hardware hack you have to clear a chip .
but not having done it yet I can't advise that it is safe to do so yet.
this chip is used in cd ,laptops and on memory sticks for configuration and password protection.
this is a pic of the chip and the jumper

they are usually have the markings of **24c02

you can jump these pins in red then turn it on or leave the jumper connected.
it works on everything I have tried ,
I just have not tried it on a cd yet but this is where most store the region settings.
