I also need a gasket (at least I think I do). I can't get the unit to seal properly. Hobbs apparently doesn't make replacements anymore and there is no substitute.

Rather than online, I would try to contact the manufacturer, as with any pressure-cooker, having the exact right parts, particularly for the pressure valve, is critical for safe operation.
Remove the lid and make sure the gasket is in the right place. Then place the lid on again, and make sure the pressure valve is set to closed.
