After wash cycle, water is pumped out but circuit breaker is blown when spin cycle starts.

Will the tub spin if you move it by hand? A motor will usually only draw excessive amperage if it cannot move easily... Also, take a look at the terminal block where the power cord attaches to the machine for burnt connections, a bad connection can cause a breaker to trip, same as a 'dead' short. At end of washing machine fast spin the machine trips my electricity circuit and TV switches off along with other appliances. Can you tell me what's wrong with machine?

This tells me that you do not have an overload situation. There is a short, and/or one or more faulty breakers possibly including the main breaker.
Even an experienced DIY'er with electrical knowledge would probably contact an electrician at this point. If there is a potential problem with the main breaker then it is best to get professional help.

Clarke power washers 150

Need more info:
What fuse? the one at the end of the cord on the pressure washer? Or the circuit breaker on your house?

If it is the one on the cord it may have gone bad. To test replace it with normal plug (non-GFI) and plug it into an outdoor or bathroom GFCI (GFI) outlet. If it still trips that outlet then there is a ground fault in the device which may be minor or major.

If it is a home circuit breaker remember that electric pressure washers use a lot of power - typically 1500 watts. If anything else is plugged in it can trip the house circuit breaker.

Spin cycle trips house circuit breaker on my GE top loading washer

Hello,

The very likely reason the breaker trips only on spin is because the tub bearing is locked up on the washer since it is locked up its causing way excessive friction at the motor which causes the breaker to trip. Can you rotate the tub by hand or does it seem really hard to rotate by hand indicating that the tub is ceased up due to the tub bearing??

Washer keeps blowing fuses

Do you mean the houses circuit breaker? If so, WHEN in the cycle does it blow the circuit breaker? WHEN it trips will tell you what to look at. I.E. If the circuit breaker trips during the fill cycle then it would be the walter inlet valve or the timer in the control panel; if it trips as soon as it is in the agitator cycle - then the motor or transmission; if it trips in the spin cycle - then the drain pump or transmission or control panel.

Washer starts to spin up then trips breaker

Good day,
Not the transmission. The motor could be stalled by a defective transmission, but the motor would trip off on it's own internal long before the home breaker.
Sounds like a short in the motor itself. But ......
There is Murphy's law.
Your home breaker might have become so weak, it IS the problem.
You really need an amp probe to check the washers draw, at the circuit breaker panel.

If you cannot do that and are comfortable dealing with electrical, you can swap equal value breakers, to be sure.

Put washing machine on and it automatically trips

If it is tripping the breaker, the first question that has to be asked is how many other appliances do you have on the same circuit. When the washer goes to spin it will start to draw slightly more electricity than once its at a full spin(much like the energy needed to get a car moving is greater than once it is up to speed), but it is not enough to trip the circuit unless there the circuit is already near capacity.

Before attempting to check electric of the washer, check and remove items from the circuit. To know what circuit runs your washer you will need to take a pigtail or a radio and plug it into the outlet Go to circuit breaker box and turn on and off circuits until the radio goes out.. Once you acertain what circuit your washer is own, go throughout the house and see what circuts are shared with the washer. Unplug any that are shared with washer. Your Hotpoint needs no more than 15 amps to run but if your overloaded on the circuit, the spin is enough for it to trip the circuit. Try washer and see if you go through the full cycle.
