I have a Nokia 6015i cell phone. When I call somebody on my contact list, they can hear it ring on their end but I can not on my end. I can hear it ringing if I use my loudspeaker. There is an indicator/icon on the screen that will not go away. I have tried sereral things in the manual, but none work. Please help!

theres nothing wrong on your phone settings, its just the speaker itself is broken or wire inside your phone cut loose.. bring it to cell shop and repair or replace it with new speaker.

It seems that your earpiece/Speaker is damaged. You need to contact service center.

go threw setting and then go in network seting and select your network you use.

Change your earpiece.Need to know in phone have 3 kind of mic:1,microphone to make somebody hear our voice. 2.Ear piece to make we can hear for sombody voice. 3..Buzer to make phone ringing or louder sound when somebody speak (speaker). in that case your earpiece is not work,so change your ear pice. This is very easy. Take the back off the phone. Then turn the phone upside down and with the key pad facing you, grasp the bottom of the faceplate with your right thumb and pull outward, while at the same time wiggling. Do not worry about the snapping or cracking sounds, that is normal.
Be very careful on cleaning the LCD. They are sensitive and use a lint free rag.
